Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
SHIPPING
Orders will incur a shipping charge and will be calculated at checkout.
An express option will also be available at checkout.
If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase then we will happily offer you a refund or exchange.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Can I exchange an item?
You’re welcome to return and exchange an item you’ve received for another. All exchanges are processed as a new sale and a return. If you wish to exchange an item, simply:
1. Place and pay for a new order online
2. Send us back the item/s you wish to return for a refund
If you’ve changed your mind or ordered an incorrect size and want to exchange an item you’ve received, please email us at sandra.hinson@bamboobliss.com.au with your order number and we will get back to you ASAP with the next steps.
Please note: Any change of mind items must be returned to us in their original condition (unused / unworn / unwashed with any tags intact).
We cannot refund or exchange any items returned to us that our soiled, stained, have pet hair, smell of cigarette smoke or laundry detergent as these items are unsaleable.
You will also need to return the item within 30 days of the purchase date as shown on your invoice.
We will replace your item or issue a full refund should a suitable replacement not be available.
All shipping costs related to change of mind exchanges are at your own expense.
Please consider returning your item via registered or express post as we cannot take responsibility for articles lost on the way back to us.
Please allow up to two weeks for exchange processing.
REFUND POLICY
We will accept returns only up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Â We will ONLY provide a refund, exchange if your item(s) are unworn and presented in its original condition and undamaged packaging with the label intact. All returns are inspected by our QC Team, and we reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards, as per our policy.
We kindly ask to please try on items while not wearing make up, perfume, or beauty products that can leave marks or scents, as this could cause the item to be non-returnable.
For health & hygiene reasons it is against the law to exchange or return opened underwear. Underwear includes all Women’s Briefs, Men’s Boxer Briefs and Swimwear.
Bras do not classify as underwear and can be exchanged or returned so long as they meet our policy.
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund of the purchase price will be credited in the original form, minus any delivery charges paid on your original order. While we do ask that you allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed, most are processed quite quickly.
Due to Health regulations “Home & Living” opened packages will not be accepted for return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SALE STOCK
If you have been lucky enough to get a bargain from our sale range, yet the style is not quite right, we are happy to offer a credit voucher, unless the garment is deemed faulty, then we will replace or offer a full refund.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Any charges relating to customs charges, duty or other taxes when your parcel arrives at its destination country are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
